    In this course some fundamental concepts will be exposed such as the definition of CyberSecurity, the current situation in Italy also thanks to the quarterly report created by Exprivia, the most widespread threats will be described, how to mitigate them and the user will be warned of the most used techniques to spread any type of malware, such as Social Engineering techniques. Any privacy risks will be described next. Therefore, privacy regulations will be explored in depth, as will the different roles of those who protect privacy, the related obligations, how to behave in the event of a data breach and there will be notes on cybersecurity decrees.

    Finally, tools and practices will be highlighted to avoid the development of incidents such as the use of antiviruses and how important it is to keep them constantly updated, the use of Security Operations Centers (SOCs), the use of Application Security to guarantee the security of applications across the entire life cycle, the application of micro-segmentation in networks and above all the use of information that has become indispensable for those who work in the security sector.

    The objective of the course is to provide awareness of the actions that are carried out from when you surf the Internet to when you insert a simple USB stick into your computer and also give information regarding privacy and the regulations that protect it.
